Shipping, Delivery, and Pickup Policy

Shipping Policy


All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping occurs on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays
Please note: Shipping when the temperature is hotter than 60 F runs the risk of melting in transit. We will package your cookies as best we can, but we are not responsible for damaged cookies due to the delivery process or heat.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Free shipping is available for orders over $75.

$5 local delivery is available for orders over $50 within 35 miles of 75081. For orders between $6-$50, we charge $7 for local delivery. For orders under $6, we charge $10 for local delivery.

Deliveries are made by appointment. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 1705 N Greenville Ave. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 3 to 5 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are by appointment only. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come. If you are not there to pickup your order by 1 hour after our agreed upon time with no notice, we will cancel the order and give you a 50% refund (you will not receive a refund for custom orders). Please pick a time when you are available to pick up your order!

At this time, we do not ship outside of Texas. Sign up for our newsletter, and you will be the first to know when we do.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 4 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

We accept non-food returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs and fees for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
